Softgel technology:
· Develop formulas and manufacturing process for gelatin solutions.
· Design and develop processes in all areas of paintball, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic capsule manufacturing.
· Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) methods to solve production problems and improve yields.
· Develop product-testing protocols for GMP and non-GMP environments. Experienced in writing and implementing testing procedures and documentation.
· Research project management and implementation of stabile processes into manufacturing.
· Development and implementation of quality control systems and documentation.

Medical polymers:
· Experienced in synthesis of polyurethanes, silicones, and glycolide / lactide polymer systems.
· Knowledgeable in polymer processing techniques for manufacturing medical devices, pharmaceutical capsules, and controlled release devices. Familiar with extrusion, casting, and molding processes.
· Experienced in polymer characterization methods such as Infrared, HPLC, thermal analysis, rheology, and physical testing methods.

Other capabilities:
· Experience with cosmetic formulations and manufacturing.
· Experienced in computer applications for statistical analysis, word processing, spreadsheets, data analysis, and data acquisition.
· Based in Florida for easy access to North and South American clients. Experienced in solving process problems in Latin America.
